DESCRIPTION:\nSaturday, September 21 | 9:30am – 4:30pm\n\n\n\nPalimpsest: working into, over and through is a workshop about exploring traces of the past. In this workshop artists, poets and writers are invited to playfully engage in ideas associated with layers, looking for traces of history in their artwork. After viewing diverse approaches to the theme participants will create mixed media work informed by fragments of text, photographs, musical scores, textiles and maps.
