Looking out over the Metchosin village core, this bright, warm and sunny 1000 square foot rental space is set aside for community use.

This space features natural light, open space, a kitchenette, two adjacent washrooms, great acoustics, and free parking, making it an ideal and affordable rental venue to host small events on the second floor of the building. Rent the venue for:

  • small group classes, webinar, seminar, workshop
  • personal project
  • corporate and team meeting
  • small private event, birthday party, shower, potluck (no loud music or mics allowed)
  • hold a community event, exhibit, swap and sale
  • SEE WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE ALLOWED

This inexpensive venue at 4495 Happy Valley Road is close to nearby communities of Langford, Colwood, East Sooke, Sooke and View Royal. It is less than 20kms from downtown Victoria!

Booking the Event Room

  1. Check what activities are allowed.
  2. Check the calendar below for availability.
  3. Complete the submission form at the bottom of the page.
  4. You’ll receive confirmation of receipt, and a follow-up email from the coordinator within 2 business days, upon review of the booking submission.
  5. Once your submission is approved, send the fee via E-transfer to artstudio.booking@gmail.com.
  6. Access and usage instructions will be emailed upon receipt of payment.

Fees and Time Blocks

The following time blocks are available:

  • Morning Block – 7AM – 12 NOON – $40.00
  • Afternoon Block – 1PM – 6 PM – $40.00
  • Evening Block – 7PM – 11PM – $40.00
  • All Day – $100.00

Consecutive blocks may be booked if they are available. A full day counts as three blocks.

PAYMENT: Please ensure that you include a message stating the booking date(s) and how many blocks are being paid for. E-transfer to artstudio.booking@gmail.com.
