Affordable rentals
Looking out over the Metchosin village core, this bright, warm and sunny 1000 square foot space is set aside for community use. Book this space for art classes, webinars, seminars, workshops, and projects for individuals, small groups or classes. The space includes great acoustics, access to a sink and counter, two adjacent washrooms, the upper hallway exhibition area, and external exit via the grand, newly designed staircase. The studio provides an assortment of chairs, drawing boards, easels, a model platform, drawing horses, two large wooden tables, a digital projector and screen. And there is ample free parking.
Booking the Multipurpose Room
Check the calendar below for available dates and fill in the form at the bottom of the page to book your space. MACCA membership is not required to book the Community Art Studio. The following time blocks are available:
- Morning Block – 7AM – 12 NOON – $40.00
- Afternoon Block – 1PM – 6 PM – $40.00
- Evening Block – 7PM – 11PM – $40.00
- All Day – $100.00
Consecutive blocks may be booked if they are available. A full day counts as three blocks.
