The studio comprises 837 square feet. It has windows facing the churchyard of St. Mary’s Church and a fire escape door exiting to the rear of the building. Leases are on a year-to-year basis. This studio is near washrooms and a ramp entry.
Tenants are expected to participate in Art Centre activities. This may take the form of welcoming visitors into their studios during open houses and similar events; offering a class periodically, either in their own studio or in the DIY Studio; assisting fellow tenants if requested.
